Privacy notice

Khuk Khak Design (Ric Parker), 5/31 Moo 7, Khao Lak, Takua Pa 82220, Thailand, is responsible for this website.

What we collect

If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, any business details you add and your message. It is sent to us by email and used only to reply and to work on your project. If you message us on WhatsApp or Telegram, or send an email, we receive what you send in the same way. This site has no user accounts.

To keep spam out, the contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which runs a quick check in your browser. It doesn't set tracking cookies; see Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.

Cookies

The site stores one small setting in your browser to remember your cookie choice. No analytics or advertising trackers are loaded. If that changes, they will only run after you accept them.

Who sees your data

Only Ric. Form messages are delivered by email through our mail provider (Migadu). Other messages pass through the services you choose to contact us with (WhatsApp, Telegram or email) under their own privacy policies. The site is hosted on Cloudflare.

How long we keep it

For as long as we're talking or working together, then for as long as needed for records and invoices.

Your rights

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email ric@khukkhakdesign.com.
